Launch notification requests

When you request a launch notification, we process your email address, requested destination, preferred language, optional message, and basic technical request information. We may use the request IP address temporarily to derive an approximate country and region so we can assess destination demand and detect obvious abuse or mismatches. We store the derived coarse location, not precise GPS coordinates, and we do not retain the raw IP address solely for this purpose.

An IP-geolocation service may process the request IP address to provide the approximate country and region. This is used only as an internal validation and analytics signal; a mismatch does not automatically reject a request.

Retention and contact

Notification requests are retained while they are useful for launch planning and notification, or until deletion is requested where applicable. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact info@jarec.net.
